You'll be responsible for

Handling platform administration
Manage daily administration of Ivanti Neurons including user, role, access management, and routine support.📋
Maintaining service catalogue and portal
Ensure approved service catalogue items and self-service portal content are up to date and functional.📈
Conducting monitoring and reporting
Perform operational health checks and produce regular reports for service reviews and governance.Key criteria
