The ITSM Tool Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the stability and usability of the Ivanti Neurons cloud-based Enterprise Service Management platform. By providing day-to-day administration and operational support, this job contributes significantly to the ongoing success of Leidos Australia’s IT services. Collaboration with service management teams and stakeholders is key, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

You'll be responsible for

⚙️

Handling platform administration

Manage daily administration of Ivanti Neurons including user, role, access management, and routine support.
📋

Maintaining service catalogue and portal

Ensure approved service catalogue items and self-service portal content are up to date and functional.
📈

Conducting monitoring and reporting

Perform operational health checks and produce regular reports for service reviews and governance.
