You'll be responsible for

Managing customer accounts

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure service delivery is in line with contractual requirements.

Innovating processes

Innovate and analyse to improve processes, reduce cost, maximise profit, share of wallet and revenue streams.

Leading business development

Lead business development opportunities including contract renewals, pricing and presentations based on customer requirements to facilitate organic growth.
