Lead a team of Business Development Managers in field activities to ensure all KPIs are met.

Overseeing call cycles and CRM activity

Oversee call cycle and CRM activity of the team to maintain effective communication with clients.
🤝

Collaborating with key clients

Work collaboratively with key clients, major groups, and Supply Chain to maximise sales across the network.

Skills you'll need

💼

Sales or Account Management experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or Account Management, preferably within a pharmaceutical wholesale operation.

Communication and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain strong professional relationships.

Analytical skills

Extensive experience in generating and analysing reports to inform business decisions.
