You'll be responsible for

Developing and co-facilitating workshops

Creating and leading workshops on leadership development across RI Academy, from Emerging Leaders to Middle Manager Programs

Coordinating programs

Ensuring the coordination of all programs, including communications, follow-ups, and post-session support

Supporting L&OD initiatives

Working closely with the L&OD Manager on various initiatives such as Performance Reviews and Succession Planning
