You'll be responsible for

Developing and co-facilitating workshops

Develop & co-facilitate workshops on leadership development across RI Academy (from Emerging Leaders to Middle Manager Programs).

Coordinating programs

Ensure the coordination of all programs, including communications, follow-ups, and post-session support.

Supporting initiatives

Work closely with the L&OD Manager to support with a range of initiatives, such as Performance Reviews and Succession Planning.

Demonstrated experience facilitating engaging leadership development workshops.
