You'll be responsible for

Contacting existing customers

Engaging with Simpro and AroFlo customers to introduce Simpro Payments, running high-impact demos that double as discovery, and closing opportunities on the spot where the solution fits.

Owning the customer journey

Guiding customers from the first call through to activation, running the activation session, and ensuring each account is actively transacting before moving on to the next.

Working with warm leads

Daily engagement with a high-priority warm lead list, including customers who have started the signup journey but not yet activated, alongside outbound calling into the existing customer base.
