Providing operational support

Providing operational support, advice and coaching to people managers, on a range of employee relations and people and culture matters in accordance with relevant legislation and CSV and VPS policies.

Managing complex people matters

Providing case management and generalist expertise to manage complex people matters including performance, conduct, and wellbeing matters.

Building relationships

Building strong effective working relationships with key stakeholders and collaborating across the People Services team to deliver HR services and initiatives to enable business leaders to achieve operational outcomes.

Tertiary qualification in human resources

Essential qualification or relevant experience in HR matters.
