You'll be responsible for

Providing operational business partnering

Offer daily support to leaders and managers, helping them apply People frameworks and deliver local priorities.

Coaching managers

Coach leaders on performance conversations, engagement actions, and team effectiveness.

Supporting execution of People plans

Assist in delivering talent, engagement, capability development, change management, and workforce planning initiatives.

2+ years of experience in HR business partnering.
