You'll be responsible for

Managing calendars and emails
Ensure Executive time is structured according to their priorities, including managing both domestic and international travel arrangements.📝
Administrative support
Proactively and efficiently manage all administrative matters in the office, ensuring timely follow-ups on tasks and deadlines for the Executive.👥
Onboarding and offboarding support
Assist with onboarding/offboarding of Executive’s direct report employees and manage related systems and issues.Key criteria

Proven experience supporting Executives in previous administrative roles.View
