You'll be responsible for

Providing project administration support

Provide project administration support across engineering projects, including project setup, documentation management and project close-out activities.

Supporting project financial management

Support project financial management through invoicing, forecasting, reporting, debtor tracking and commercial administration.
📄

Coordinating project documentation

Coordinate project documentation, contracts, purchase orders, supplier invoices and project records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Demonstrated experience in project administration or coordination roles.
