Leading account management team
Lead, coach, and develop the WA Account Management team while setting clear expectations around performance, quality, and execution standards.📈
Driving retention and deal quality
Own venue retention and churn outcomes across WA, ensuring high-quality deal structures and effective time-of-day coverage.🌆
Providing city-level insights
Build a deep understanding of WA performance at a city and postcode level, translating insights into actionable direction for Sales and Marketing.Key criteria
