About the job

We're looking for people with real experience in sales, whether that's account executive, sales development, account management, customer success, business development, or a closely related field, to help train the next generation of AI. The work is fully remote, flexible, and pays $40 to $100 per hour, with no minimum commitment. You'll use your sales expertise to design rigorous scenarios and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, helping AI better understand how sales work actually gets done. No prior AI or technical experience is required. You apply once to join the talent network, complete a short assessment, and then get matched to paid projects as they become available. It's work you can do alongside study or a full-time job.
