Serve as the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform owner for the Distribution team — managing system configuration, overseeing enhancement requests, and acting as the primary point of contact for the sales team on all CRM-related matters.🔍
Ensuring data integrity
Own CRM data governance, including data quality standards, hygiene practices, and structural conventions, ensuring the integrity of data that underpins reporting and commercial decision-making.📊
Delivering actionable insights
Deliver actionable insights through data analysis to support the setting of Distribution strategic plans and the execution of tactical sales campaigns, with a focus on early identification of opportunities and emerging risks to growth.Key criteria
