Creating and delivering Stryker customized complex selling curriculum that is applicable across all business units and aligns/tracks competitive conversions with sales initiatives🤝
Collaborating with stakeholders
Generating consistent meetings, touch points and communication strategy with key stakeholders across the division to inform and gain feedback about professional development courses and programs🔄
Updating learning programs
Responsible for the constant updating and evolution of all in-field learning programs to meet the evolving needs of the sales forceKey criteria
