Partnering with Sales leadership

Working closely with Sales leadership and team members to understand daily workflows, struggles, and improvement opportunities.

Translating business requirements

Converting business requirements into actionable technical specifications for Salesforce, Genesys, DocuSign, and other sales tools.

Identifying automation opportunities

Finding automation opportunities to reduce manual processes, especially in areas like contract management and customer engagement.

Skills you'll need

Salesforce (Core CRM)

Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms, including familiarity with Sales Cloud features and basic automation.

Genesys Cloud

Understanding of Genesys Cloud or similar Contact Centre Platforms, including call flows and agent routing.

Technical specification translation

Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements for sales technology solutions.
