Coordinate customer readiness initiatives that prepare customers for the opening of Cross River Rail.🤝
Collaborating with partners
Work collaboratively with Queensland Rail, TMR and other project partners to deliver customer readiness activities.📈
Monitoring progress
Monitor progress of readiness activities, identify issues or risks and escalate with proposed mitigation strategies where required.Key criteria
