Lead and supervise Services and Spaces team members across a span of operating hours, fostering a culture of customer service excellence, continuous improvement and inclusion📞
Delivering frontline support
Deliver timely, accurate and professional frontline support through face-to-face, phone and digital channels📚
Coordinating library resources
Coordinate and oversee the effective use of Library spaces, resources and collections (physical and online)Key criteria

Supervisory experience in frontline services
