Leading and supervising
Lead and supervise Services and Spaces team members across a span of operating hours, fostering a culture of customer service excellence, continuous improvement and inclusion.📞
Delivering support
Deliver timely, accurate and professional frontline support through face-to-face, phone and digital channels.📚
Coordinating library spaces
Coordinate and oversee the effective use of Library spaces, resources and collections (physical and online).Key criteria

Supervisory experience in frontline services
Demonstrated experience supervising and motivating teams in a customer-focused environment.View
