Developing and executing strategy
Develop and execute the Customer Success strategy to drive card growth, utilisation, and customer satisfaction across various large business/institutional segments.🤝
Partnering with teams
Partner with frontline and TBS teams to support new-to-bank acquisitions, cross-sell, and complex deals.📈
Leading pre-sales support
Lead pre-sales support, including pricing for strategic opportunities, contributing to RFPs and pitches, and solutioning with clients.Key criteria

10+ years in commercial cards or transaction banking
