As a Manager/Senior Manager of Institutional/VIP Sales, you will embark on an exciting journey to drive Crypto.com's institutional and VIP growth across APAC and EMEA. This job is all about taking ownership and building your clientele while navigating a rapidly evolving market. The team thrives on collaboration and innovation, working closely with senior leadership to execute growth strategies and maintain autonomy over personal sales targets.

You'll be responsible for

🚀

Pipeline Execution

Proactively sourcing, pitching, and onboarding institutional prospects, specifically targeting hedge funds, family offices, proprietary trading firms, and asset managers with an appetite for digital assets and RWA products.
🛠️

Solution Selling

Effectively positioning the full Crypto.com ecosystem to meet the specific needs of institutional traders, retail brokers, and portfolio managers.
🤝

Relationship Management

Serving as the primary point of contact for your book of business, ensuring high retention and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell RWA instruments and new exchange products.

📈

Institutional sales experience

4+ years in Institutional Sales or Business Development.
