Lead and develop a team of Account Executives and Account Managers covering Australia and New Zealand, setting the standard for performance, culture, and execution.

Driving revenue ownership

Take full accountability for your team’s success across every dimension, including owning new logo and expansion revenue targets with consistent attainment.

Collaborating cross-functionally

Operate as a collaborative leader across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services - creating alignment on strategy, pipeline health, and process improvement.

Key criteria

📈

5+ years of B2B sales experience

Proven track record of quota attainment in SaaS or technology environments.

3+ years of sales leadership experience

Experience managing quota-carrying Account Executives in high-growth SaaS.

Experience selling to CFOs

Background in financial close management or accounting technology is advantageous.
