You'll be responsible for

Delivering fast and high-quality 1st and 2nd level IT support to members and staff, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently.

Supporting the team leader

Assisting the Team Leader in running the Service Desk and ensuring ITIL processes are followed for effective incident management.
📚

Developing specialist knowledge

Building and maintaining specialist knowledge needed to support and manage the ART service catalogue, enhancing service delivery.
