You'll be responsible for

Overseeing the execution of operating models to enhance service delivery.

Monitoring service partner performance

Evaluating performance against targets and participating in governance forums.

Developing and facilitating training materials

Creating training resources and conducting sessions to ensure compliance and consistency.
