As an AI Engineer at ServiceNow, you will transform bold ideas into tangible prototypes, playing a crucial role in our AI journey. Your work will directly impact how organizations find smarter, faster, and better ways to work by delivering intelligent, scalable solutions. Collaboration is key, as you will partner with AI Solution Architects and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and scalability.

You'll be responsible for

🔧

Building and prototyping

Develop proofs-of-concept, demos, and accelerators showcasing custom applications (low-code and pro-code), AI Agents, LLM integration, and data workflows on ServiceNow.
🚀

Technical delivery

Implement apps, integrations, flows, data integrations, and prompt engineering while ensuring POC environments are securely configured and ready for demonstration.
🔍

Experimenting

Test and refine model performance, prompt design, and agentic automation to enhance the effectiveness of AI solutions.

Skills you'll need

💻

Technical consulting experience

3–5 years of experience in technical consulting, software development, data engineering, professional services, or workflow automation.
🛠️

ServiceNow development familiarity

Familiarity with ServiceNow development tools such as Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, and IntegrationHub.
🤖

AI concepts knowledge

Subject knowledge of AI concepts including prompt engineering, REST APIs, Knowledge Graph, and vector search.
