You'll be responsible for

Leading service delivery teams

Lead and manage service delivery teams to achieve program, cost, and quality targets.

Develop and maintain delivery programs, ensuring effective planning and execution.

Acting as escalation point

Act as an escalation point for complex delivery issues and site challenges, ensuring smooth operations.
