The Full Time IT Service Desk Analyst position is all about providing essential support to GPC Asia Pacific's extensive network across Australia, New Zealand, and South East Asia. This job plays a crucial role in ensuring that IT Services and Business Applications are available and functioning smoothly during core business hours. You'll be responsible for

Ensuring IT Services are supported and maintained

Work closely with IT Management teams to guarantee that IT Services are effectively supported and maintained across various locations.

Providing day-to-day 1st level IT Service Desk support

Assist users via phone and IT Self Service Portal, addressing their IT-related inquiries and issues.
📝

Recording and updating incidents and service requests

Utilize Service Now to document incidents and service requests, adhering to SLA guidelines for timely resolution.

Microsoft Operating System support

Experience supporting Windows 10 and 11 environments.
