You'll be responsible for

Delivering prompt, friendly, and professional support to customers.

Independently or collaboratively resolving customer issues and keeping them informed with clear updates.

Managing tickets

Logging, prioritising, and taking full ownership of tickets in ConnectWise until resolution.
