Providing hands-on technical support

Assist with complex diagnostics, fault finding, and job scoping to ensure efficient operations.

Managing daily service operations

Collaborate with planners to ensure efficient resource allocation and service delivery.

Key criteria

Trade qualification in HVAC

Possession of a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Mechanical Services qualification.

Demonstrated experience managing HVAC service teams or senior technicians.

Strong background in servicing and maintaining commercial or industrial HVAC systems.
