You'll be responsible for

Leading and mentoring a team

Guide and support HVAC technicians, apprentices, and subcontractors to ensure high service standards.

Providing hands-on technical support

Assist with complex diagnostics, fault finding, and job scoping to enhance service quality.

Managing daily service operations

Collaborate with planners to ensure efficient resource allocation and service delivery.

Key criteria

Trade qualification in HVAC

Possession of a valid trade qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
