You'll be responsible for

Assisting in daily operations

Assisting the Executive Chef and Senior Sous Chef in the daily operations of assigned stations, ensuring compliance with service standards.

Maintaining kitchen standards

Maintaining the general standards of the kitchen and implementing kitchen manual rules and regulations for your section.
👨‍🏫

Supervising team members

Supervising, correcting, and demonstrating all duties and tasks in the assigned station to the set standard.

Key criteria

Culinary management education

Tertiary education in Culinary Management preferred.
