You'll be responsible for

Diary and calendar management

On an ad hoc basis, assist with scheduling where multiple external stakeholders need to be coordinated — such as client workshops, larger client meetings, and engagements involving liaison with external EAs or stakeholders across different time zones.
📋

Meeting coordination

Schedule meetings, prepare materials, book rooms, take notes and track actions to ensure meetings run seamlessly from start to finish
📧

Inbox and communication support

Monitor designated inboxes, flag urgent matters, respond to routine enquiries and assist with cascading communications to relevant teams

Key criteria

📅

3+ years administrative experience

Experience in a PA or administrative coordination role is essential.
