You'll be responsible for

Providing administrative support

Providing comprehensive administrative support, scheduling and coordination of various key meetings including AGCG meetings, internal project meetings, and industry and stakeholder meetings.

Supporting policy projects

Working closely with Senior Policy Manager, providing admin support for policy projects including coordinating internal and external stakeholder engagement activities.

General team administration

Providing support with Procurement Management process using Workday, budgeting and expense management.
