Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages to ensure customer satisfaction.📈
Meeting KPIs
Ensure that KPIs are met, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets to drive business success.📞
Handling inquiries
Support and handle walk-in, email & telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately.Key criteria

Customer service and sales experience
Proven experience in customer service and achieving sales targets.View

Cruise or travel industry experience
Minimum 2 years in retail or wholesale within the cruise sector.View
