You'll be responsible for

Representing Microsoft and communicating with corporate customers
Provide in-depth technical support for complex escalated problems identified in Microsoft software products or services, managing relationships with those customers.🔧
Providing advanced troubleshooting
Analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring a seamless support experience.📚
Maintaining strong working knowledge of products
Report software bugs and customer product enhancements to the Product Group, while proactively identifying and recommending product improvements.Key criteria
