You'll be responsible for

Providing technical support to customers

Responding to customer inquiries through email, screen sharing, and chat within established SLAs to ensure timely assistance.

Owning and resolving complex technical issues

Taking charge of intricate customer problems while collaborating with Technical Support Specialists on challenging cases.

Documenting solutions and processes

Clearly explaining complex solutions to customers and maintaining documentation for future reference.

4+ years of technical support experience

Experience in a SaaS/Tech environment is essential.
