The Territory Sales Manager for IX is all about driving sales performance and market growth for Simulation and Immersive Experience solutions within Australia. This job plays a crucial role in expanding market reach and building strong relationships with key partners and clients. You'll be responsible for

📈

Building and managing a pipeline of qualified leads

Focus on Key Global Accounts already utilizing Barco Solutions in the Simulation and Training verticals. Develop and execute sales strategies to convert outbound leads into successful deals, taking ownership of the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
🤝

Identifying and onboarding channel partners

Expand market reach by building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with partners. Understand their business goals and provide ongoing support, while developing channel enablement strategies and contributing to outbound marketing campaigns.

Conducting product demonstrations and managing technical discussions

Showcase products with confidence and engage in consultative selling to ensure clients understand the value of the solutions offered.

Skills you'll need

Sales experience

5-7 years of proven sales experience in related industry/technologies, demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills.

Relationship building

Outstanding relationship-building abilities to gain personal credibility with client managers and partners.

Negotiation skills

High-level sales negotiating skills to effectively close deals and expand market presence.
