The Territory Sales Manager for IX is all about driving sales performance and market growth for Simulation and Immersive Experience solutions across Australia. This job plays a crucial role in expanding market reach and building strong relationships with key partners and clients. You'll be responsible for

Outbound sales and business development

Building and managing a pipeline of qualified leads, focusing on Key Global Accounts already utilizing Barco Solutions in the Simulation and Training verticals. Developing and executing sales strategies to convert outbound leads into successful deals, while taking ownership of the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
🤝

Channel partnership development

Identifying and onboarding channel partners such as Key Partners and LSI's to expand market reach. Building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with partners by understanding their business goals and providing ongoing support.

Consultative selling and industry expertise

Conducting product demonstrations and managing technical discussions with confidence, showcasing a deep understanding of the industry and the solutions offered.

Skills you'll need

🏆

Sales experience

5-7 years of proven sales experience in related industry/technologies, demonstrating a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
🗣️

Communication skills

Strong and assured communicating and presenting skills, able to gain personal credibility with client managers.
🤝

Negotiation skills

High level sales negotiating skills with outstanding relationship building abilities, eager to hunt new end customers and contacts at different levels of the targeted account.
