About the job

The Account Executive, SMB, plays a vital role in driving sales and expanding the client base within the SMB segment. This job is all about identifying potential clients, building meaningful relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of SMBs. Working closely with a dynamic team, you'll contribute to Deel's growth objectives while ensuring client satisfaction.

You'll be responsible for

Representing and demonstrating value

Represent and demonstrate the value of Deel to prospects and existing customers.

Building relationships

Build and develop relationships with prospects and customers to create opportunities for cross and upselling.

Maintaining CRM system

Ensure CRM system is well maintained and updated to reflect accurate information.

2+ years of SMB sales experience

Demonstrated experience in sales within the SMB segment at a tech company.
