About the job

The Business Development Executive at Medtronic is an exciting opportunity to lead the adoption of the Hugo™ Robotic Assisted Surgery System across Australia and New Zealand. This role is crucial in championing healthcare access and equity, while driving innovation in robotic surgery. The team thrives on collaboration, building strong partnerships, and navigating complex sales cycles to achieve impactful outcomes.

You'll be responsible for

Developing sales strategies

Develop and implement targeted sales strategies aligned with Medtronic’s goals, focusing on driving adoption and sales growth of the Hugo™ Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS) System.

Engaging stakeholders

Engage and influence budget holders and hospital executives through joint development of business cases, including total cost of ownership (TCO) comparisons, cost-per-procedure analyses, and contracting to support informed purchasing decisions.

Managing sales process

Partner with internal teams to manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting through to close, ensuring seamless coordination with customers throughout the sales cycle and post-purchase.
