You'll be responsible for

Managing customer orders
Deliver an exceptional end-to-end service experience by managing customer orders and communicating with customers via phone, email, and occasionally in person at our trade store.📞
Responding to enquiries
Source parts, follow up on backorder ETAs, and respond to customer enquiries to ensure their needs are met.📝
Preparing and managing quotes
Maintain accurate information while preparing and managing quotes, sharing product knowledge with customers, supported by full training and development.Key criteria

Customer service experience
Experience in a trade store or retail environment is preferred.View
