This job plays a crucial role in driving product adoption, customer outcomes, retention, and expansion, ensuring that customers derive ongoing value from their Darktrace investment. The team thrives on collaboration, working closely with Sales, Technical teams, and Cyber Threat Analysts to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve shared goals.

Managing customer accounts
Overseeing a portfolio of around 200 Commercial and Mid-Market customers, ensuring strong adoption and continued value realization.💡
Identifying upsell opportunities
Progressing upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning customer needs with relevant Darktrace use cases.🤝
Collaborating with internal teams
