Driving product adoption
Establishing and overseeing customer adoption, training, and best practices to maximize value from the Brandwatch solution.đ
Managing account renewals
Collaborating with account managers on quarterly business reviews, retention strategies, and upsell initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction.Key criteria
