You'll be responsible for

Developing account plans
As the customer advocate, you will develop and oversee the execution of account plan(s) to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer outcomes are met.🔗
Engaging stakeholders
You will engage with internal and external stakeholders on business planning, to promote mutually beneficial customer AI transformation strategies.🔄
Orchestrating customer teams
You will orchestrate the full customer team across all areas of Microsoft to ensure we are focused on delivering customer outcomes across the customer lifecycle to build deep trust with Microsoft.Key criteria
