You'll be responsible for

Managing calendars
Actively managing Partners' calendars, scheduling appointments, and proactively planning weeks ahead to ensure efficiency.🗂️
Providing administrative support
Delivering administrative and billing support, including preparing invoices and managing approval workflows.✈️
Coordinating travel arrangements
Booking domestic and international travel for Partners and the team, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.Key criteria

Experience supporting multiple leaders
Demonstrated experience assisting multiple Partners or Senior Leaders in professional services.View

Proficient Microsoft Suite skills
