This job offers an exciting opportunity to provide administrative and project support to the Executive Director of Epworth Medical Foundation. By being the first point of contact for visitors and supporting day-to-day operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the team. You'll be responsible for

Providing administrative support

Providing all round support to the Executive Director, Epworth Medical Foundation and their leadership teams, including email and calendar management, travel arrangements, and general administrative tasks.

Meeting coordination

Documenting and following up on Leadership Team meetings and forums, including preparation of agendas and minutes.

Acting as a resource

Acting as a first line resource for internal and external customers requiring information.
