You'll be responsible for

Managing schedules
You will play a pivotal role in managing the schedules of the executive legal team, including coordinating meetings and organising the daily execution and handling of legal documents.💰
Processing payments
Responsible for processing payments through our legal invoicing systems (TeamConnect and Coupa) and handling expense claims via our Concur system.🏢
Providing office support
Providing essential support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.What we're looking for

5+ years of executive assistant experience
Proven experience in a similar role within financial services.View
