Delivering high-level, confidential executive and administrative support to the Executive Director and Directors, ensuring efficient operations.📅
Managing calendars
Overseeing complex and dynamic calendars, prioritising competing demands, and ensuring urgent matters are addressed promptly.📆
Coordinating meetings
Proactively coordinating meeting schedules, agendas, and materials to ensure the Executive Director is fully prepared.Key criteria
