You'll be responsible for

Managing membership sales
Manage inbound and outbound calls to deliver exceptional service, drive membership renewals and upgrades, and achieve agreed sales and service KPIs.🌈
Providing customer experience
Provide outstanding support to members, fans, and stakeholders across phone, email, and match-day interactions, ensuring every experience exceeds expectations.🏟️
Supporting events and matches
Assist with the smooth delivery of Club events, match-day membership operations, and broader customer initiatives, representing the Club with professionalism and care.Key criteria
📞
Customer service experience (2+ years)
Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service in various settings.View
💼
Sales experience (2+ years)
Proven track record in sales, ideally in membership or telephone sales.View
🗂️
CRM knowledge (Archtics preferred)
Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Archtics, for managing member data.View
