Acting as first point of contact
Act as the first point of contact for radiation oncology patients and their families, delivering empathetic, professional service both face‑to‑face and over the phone.📞
Managing appointments
Book, coordinate, and confirm radiation therapy planning sessions, treatment appointments, reviews, and follow‑up visits in collaboration with radiation oncologists, radiation therapists, and nursing staff.Key criteria
