You'll be responsible for

Delivering regional revenue growth
Own and deliver regional revenue growth, market share, and KPI targets across acquisition, retention, upgrades, and product adoption.🗺️
Developing sales plans
Develop and execute quarterly and annual regional sales plans, including segmentation, visitation cadence, and territory roadmaps.👥
Leading a high-performing team
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers/KAMs through in-field coaching, weekly check-ins, and capability uplift.Key criteria

7-10 years of sales experience
